The most likable for me is rugby.

You have rugby club or rugby union.

You may dedicate yourself to build up any missing rugby union. National. Regional.

Or a team for your town. A club. Rugby culture is good for family. Tríps for kids. It is normal to make kids travel to visit other clubs. Even to NZ or much closer.

You may start with 2/3 age categories.

Or national team.

Mountain bike downhill.

Have a downhill park for mountain bike lovers. Great for the town for weekend visitors.

Find a nice mountain wall or several. 

Weekends of climbing in Visegrad.

Weekend school of it.

Schools and watersports weekends 

Kitesurf. Wakeboard. Waterski jump. Windsurf.

Open a school. Offer weekend school. Sat morning and afternoon and Sunday morning.

Organize events such as waterski jump European tour weekend.

Build up a Marina (preferably sand beach bar) with a cafe, etc. Its great for people to focus on buying a motorboat for the weekend. Waterski and relax at the marina complex. Café, dinners, beach, whole Sunday.
